Java out of Memory while exporting excel in cockpit report

The dataset contains over one million records, and the Java option xmx has already been set to 80G.
However, it is still not enough to generate the dataset in Excel format in Knowage. The error 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError' was thrown in catalina.log. Can anyone help?
