Missing functionalities in 8.1.0 RC version

Hi,

 As  i have mentioned  in comment to previous question I have try all possible working vwersion of 8.1.0 installation. I have noticed  missing functionalities in admin menu relative to previous version 8.0 like "Functions", "Widget Gallery"  and  SERVER MANAGER.

Also I don't see the new functionality "Data Preparation".

Perhaps it suppose to be like that but in  intruduction informations about 8.1  it doesn't look like that.
