KPI CREATION

HI.......

Can any one TELL me how to create KPI in Knowage 7 Version. 

I Have created KPI defination, measure / Rule defination & Scheduler. But i'm not able to find where i have to design the KPI visualization.I'm referring to this article.

ATTACHED documentation page & my knowage page, I'M NOT FINDING ANY TARGET DEFINATION & CRATE DOCUMENT OPTION IN KPI SECTION.   

is anything to be done for this or Am i missing anything or I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help me with this.

In 7.2 I have the same problem. I can not create a scorecard or KPI document.
