Hi,
we have some problems with generating and displaying cockpits in Internet Explorer 11, probably related with Javascript. In other browsers (i. e. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox) all these points work properly.

  • Dropdown Input selector widget is displayed incorrectly.
  • Arrow icon in Multiselection Dropdown selector widget is missing (there is invalid image url translation in html source code).
  • Other images are missing (there is invalid image url translation in html source code).
  • User detail attributes are super tight.
  • Dataset labels and values in Cockpit Data Configuration are missing (text is missing in html source code).
  • Different font is used in chart widgets.

Dear,

We are using Chrom, FireFox and the last Edge to test the Knowage functionalities.

IE11 contains an old JavaScript engine and it not able to support the new Cockpit components.

I suggest you to try to migrate your customer to Chrom, FireFox and the last Edge.

Best Regards

Angelo
