Empty input parameters on target document

Please help,

on creation of a crossnavigation, I can't see the input parameters list after the selection of the target document.

i have already defined the parameters at the document level in the target document.

i am using Knowage 6.4.1 on windows server 2008 R2 with a Mysql Server 5.7
