How to save the data generated in QBE

Hi,

I have created metamodel in workspace which will open a QBE screen where i can select columns and generate query.After i select columns there is an preview option and i can save it as a dataset.But without saving as dataset can i save the data somewhere or export the data which i previewed in QBE.

Actually the only way is to save a dataset.
